What We Do

Training Christian leaders in “integrity, dignity, and sound speech.”

- Titus 2:7-8

Teaching

The Titus Institute offers accessible theological teaching for everyone in the church. Through short-term seminars hosted by local congregations, we provide instruction on Scripture, theology, church history, and ministry. These sessions are free of charge and designed to fit naturally into the life of the church. Whether used for small groups or church-wide studies, our goal is to make thoughtful, faithful teaching available to all.

Training

The Titus Institute is committed to forming both current and emerging church leaders. Our training combines theological depth with practical experience, equipping participants not only to understand the faith, but to lead and serve effectively. Each participant is paired with a ministry mentor for guided, hands-on development. The goal is to raise up a new generation of leaders to serve churches throughout the Tri-State area.

Service

The Titus Institute exists to serve and support local churches in tangible ways. We provide pulpit supply through a network of trusted ministers, as well as consulting services to help churches navigate challenges such as attendance trends, leadership development, discipleship strategies, staffing, conflict resolution, financial planning, and building or growth initiatives. We also offer encouragement and support for pastors, along with workshops and retreats for congregations and leadership teams. In all of this, our aim is to come alongside churches and strengthen their ongoing ministry.
